Delivery Charges

Free Delivery: For all orders above S$80

Standard Delivery Fee: S$12 for orders below S$80

Self-Collection: Free of charge (no delivery fee)

Delivery Time Slots

We offer 3 convenient delivery time slots daily:
1. Morning: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
2. Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
3.Evening: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

🕑 Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed at least 2 hours before the chosen delivery slot.

Self-Collection

Customers may opt to collect their orders directly from our store:

🕤 Self-Collection Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Daily)

Important Notes

Please ensure that recipient details and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:

The order will be returned to our shop.
A redelivery fee of S$12 will apply.

Redirection of delivery to a new address after dispatch is possible with an additional S$12 fee.

If redelivery cannot be made on the same or next working day, we will offer a replacement at 25% off the original price (for perishable items).

Refused deliveries will be considered as successfully delivered, and no refunds will be issued.
