Flower Orders
- Product designs may vary slightly depending on the availability of decorative accessories.
- Flower colors and decorations may differ from actual products due to photo lighting and screen resolution variations.
- Fresh fruits are seasonal and sweetness is not guaranteed.
- We reserve the right to substitute, modify, accept, or reject any order.
- All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Due to the handmade nature of our bouquets, the size, arrangement, and placement of flowers may differ slightly from the images shown.
Substitution
Substitutions may be required to ensure timely delivery. All products are subject to availability. If certain items are unavailable, we will substitute them with similar items of equal or greater value.
Exchange
All items sold are non-exchangeable.
Changes to Order
To request changes to your order, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equivalent value and quality without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
As our flowers and gifts are specially prepared for each order, we do not encourage last-minute cancellations. However, cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:
- 7 days or more before the delivery/collection date: 90% refund or order postponement
- 6 to 4 days before the delivery/collection date: 50% refund or order postponement
- 3 days or less before the delivery/collection date: No refund or postponement
Local Delivery Service (Singapore Only)
- A delivery fee of $12 applies per delivery location.
- Free delivery for orders above $80.
- Please ensure the recipient’s contact details and delivery address are accurate.
- If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, the items will be returned to our office. A $12 redelivery fee applies.
- No refunds will be made due to recipient refusal or absence.
- Products must be inspected upon delivery; if no issues are raised immediately, the items will be deemed accepted.
Redelivery Charges
- A $12 surcharge applies for redelivery.
- If redelivery cannot occur on the same or next working day, we will replace the order with fresh products, subject to a 25% discount off the original price (for perishable items like flowers and cakes).
Redirection of Orders
- A $12 surcharge applies for redirection to a different address.
- If the order is canceled after a delivery attempt, no refund will be issued.
